Hand-rolled saffron malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchetti) with wild boar or pork sausage ragù, culurgiones (wheat-ear-braided dumplings stuffed with potato, pecorino, and fresh mint), and toasted fregola pasta simmered with clams (€10–€15).
